At Washington National: Bracket Room.
On the B concourse and it was on my radar because I needed a quick afternoon snack before the long flight back to Seattle and…..it was free….I had a coupon.
Basic bar food and a TV tuned to a sports channel. Food filled the spot.
Service was a bit slow so don’t try it if you’re close to boarding time.
If you’re on Alaska, Delta or United, another option is the Grille District which is closer to the gates. Food is basically the same.
