Gala dinner: Palm Courtyard.
What a place for a dinner for 100! Located at the Park Hyatt, the space is right on the Red Sea with an incredible view of King Fahd’s Fountain…..312 meters (1024 feet) high and the largest in the world…looks like a large building in the distance but that’s water. Very impressive.
Typical Middle Eastern food expertly prepared and presented. The desserts were varied and all excellent….especially anything with pistachios.
