Quarantine: Doron’s Chicken Meatballs.

Long a favorite of ours…..with several versions….including using turkey instead of chicken. What makes these are the pine nuts and yellow raisins which, when fried, add layers of sweet complexity to the dish. Here is one recipe using turkey which includes a yogurt dipping sauce which we also usually serve as well. Can be served as a main dish or as an appetizer.

A plus…freeze the leftovers, they freeze well…for another time.
