Quarantine: Look what we found.

Looking around for something to fill our carb requirement  and…..tucked away from immediate discovery…a stollen in the freezer from the holidays! This is a tried and true recipe from Bavaria…my mother-in-law/wife’s grandmother’s no less. Yeast dough, almonds and raisins with a sugar based glaze. Outstanding!

Likely won’t last more than a day, but what an uplifting find!
