Not so sure: Green Moustache.
Why am I not so sure? Maybe it has to do with my choice to eat vegan after riding 78 miles and 7000 vertical feet on my bike. As my son would say…..I needed massive calories and this didn’t quite fit the bill.
It’s all organic, plant based and gluten free. The space is small and the tables, communal. There are 2 locations in Whistler.
The best part of this experience was the cold pressed fruit juice….finally someone who understands that adding anything…like sugar…to juice just isn’t right.
