Road trip: Wild Sage Bistro
Highly regarded and best described as new American, the choices were typical…fish, pork and chicken.
We had the well received Yukon taquitos and the Thai fish cakes as starters followed by the bing cherry chicken as the main. They were all good but the fish cake were a bit over cooked. The nod goes to the veg dish. Ended with the kitchen made ice cream…a blueberry with cheesecake swirl. Very nice finish to the meal.
