New spot for a well known Washington winery: DeLille En Ville.
Been looking forward to the opening since I discovered the next step for this space at U Village about a year or so ago. So, when I was informed of the soft opening, I was there.
Nice modern and open space with several different dining areas. Also have a cafe area which offers Herkimer coffee as well as pastries starting at 9:30 each morning so keep that option in mind if visiting early.
Portions are easily shared…more of the menu to experience that way! The food was very good with a shoutout for the Washington Salad…bing cherries, Beecher’s white cheddar cheese and toasted hazelnuts topped with a cherry vinaigrette. Delicious!
Their wines are well known and excellent ranging from single varietals…think Cabernet to Bordeaux blends. If you’re getting to know them, give D2 a try.

They also have a restaurant and tasting room in Woodinville which has received Wine Spectator’s Award of excellence since 2023. Says a lot about the potential for the new location as well. I’ll be back for sure.
