Always good: Cactus Club Cafe.
One of multiple locations in BC this one is on Coal Harbor right beside the Olympic Flame. It’s a nice spot to drop by for a quick bite or drink or both. The food is best described as Pacific Northwest that leans Asian. It is heavy on seafood.
We started with a frosé…it was a hot afternoon and the choice was perfect and delicious. I had the the teriyaki chicken bowl which was good, if a bit too tart for me. We also sampled the tuna poke bowl…..beautifully presented with a light and subtle taste and texture on the palate. It came with a side of crispy tempura which was outstanding….with the dish meant for it and mine as well!
