Just passing thru: Tortas Frontera O’Hare.
Located in Concourse B, this is a go to place if I have time between flights. It’s usually very busy so be prepared to stand in line. There is a very small space to sit and eat as well as a small bar. Be prepared to take you choice with you. One way to speed things up a bit is to order online…..worked beautifully. I walked up and walked away with my order within a few minutes. Great option if you are on the go…..you even get an email telling you when your order will be ready!
My favorite choice is the smoked pork mollete which is served open faced with a bit of chipotle fig spread…..sweet and picante with pork…..heaven! If you don’t have time to sit and eat and have a beer grab a house made agua fresca….several fruit flavors are offered.
There are 2 other locations at the airport and there is even one in Philly!
