On the way to North Yellowstone: Gil’s Goods

Quick stop for coffee and a few snacks at this local spot. In addition to baked goods, they have a full breakfast and later in the day, lunch and dinner. I had a taste of the ham and cheese croissant which was excellent.

While we weren’t there later in the day, the pizza sounded like a good choice. Their oven, while wood fired, isn’t conventional and looks quite industrial. It would be interesting to taste their version. They have an attached bar next doors which looked interesting and probably deserves a visit next time around.
