Halibut Bowl.

Modification of the original recipe with a switch to halibut instead of salmon. Halibut made it milder and salmon would be a better choice if you like that fish since it is typically more flavorful. Also substituted broccolini instead of Bok Choy. If you’d like a bit of spice just add some Gochujang chili paste…one of my favorites for that purpose.

Believe it or not…no wine…Gin & Tonic instead. If you want a wine, I’d recommend a Rosé, Pinot Noir or Riesling.
