Started with the kraut kruga….they brought it to our table by mistake…and, we ate it. Our flatbreads arrived next….chorizo made the dish….excellent. Next......
Recommended by a friend: Yellow Church Cafe. Brief stop, for lunch, on the way to Walla Walla. We had the seared tuna salad and the smoked chicken club which were both good with a nod to the tuna…perfectly cooked. The bread on the sandwich was interesting…called heavenly loaf…light and very tasty. Come hungry….the portions are huge! Nice......

Very busy place on weekends so expect a bit of a wait. Typical bar type food with gigantic burgers! Try the Banh Mi burger….a bit......
On the road again: Chico Saloon. Stopped in for a light snack and a swim. A swim you say, at a saloon? Yep. This is probably the only example of a saloon where you can walk out of the back door and be in a pool fed by hot springs……Chico Hot Springs to be exact.......
