The pizza place in Brooklyn: Juliana’s.
Story has it that this one of the 3 best pizza places in NYC and we were staying very close by so thought it deserved a visit.
Their claim to fame are pizzas baked in a coal fired oven. It did not disappoint. If there are 2 of you go, with the small pizza at 16 inches (vs. the large at 18 inches), otherwise you will have plenty left over…not a bad thing to be sure.
While the more famous place is Grimaldi’s which is located just beside Juliana’s, this newer spot by the same family has taken over the accolades of the best pizza to be found in Brooklyn.
