Niçoise salad.
Option for lunch…what should you have once you’ve had burgers, sandwiches, leftovers and chips and salsa? A Niçoise salad with lettuce and arugula from our deck “garden” and shrimp instead of the more typical tuna. Enjoyed with a nicely chilled glass of Mount Teneriffe Rosé.
