Korean tacos? Takorean.
I was intrigued by the name and needed a quick bite before heading to the airport.
You start with the style…which includes a soft taco….I went with the bowl with rice, then your slaw….kimchi, then the protein….mine was pork, then a sauce….my choice, gochu-pow and crunchy shallots. Then…eat your bowl.
