The place to experience my number one choice for a café liégeois. Otherwise it’s also a well known French bistro in Paris and was one of Hemingway’s go to places.
It’s been in existence for close to 150 years so they must be doing something right and that right, not to keep stating the same, is café liégeois. The add of coffee beans to the topping seals the deal.
It’s 1 block away from Café de Flore so you can compare and give me yours thoughts.
It’s always a busy place but they have seating options in two outdoor areas so the wait won’t be long. Would not recommend the indoor area unless weather is an issue.
