Maybe the best biscuit in Seattle: Marmite.

Hard to get a great biscuit in Seattle but this has to be one of the best. Made all the better by the halves being lightly toasted then loaded with a fabulous remoulade and topped with shrimp and chicken. The sauce made the dish…..rich with slight picante……delicious.

Ended with the salted caramel chocolate mousse….very rich and more like a pot de creme in consistency.

Nice txakolina rosé followed by a sauternes with the mousse. It stood up to the richness fairly well.

Open space with an adjoining bar. Check times for various meals…..lunch only served Weds to Friday.
