Artisan bakery just off Main: Vienne.
Beautifully prepared pastries in the French style and a welcomed addition to downtown. It’s hard to imagine how these can be prepared at 5000 feet above sea level and come out so flakey.
The chef is from a farm in rural Montana but spent time in the South of France learning her craft. To top it off, her husband is a certified sommelier…must be the only one in Bozeman and I’m not sure if there is another one in all of Montana!
The space is delightful, modern and airy.
So, if you’re in Bozeman to visit the park or to ski nearby areas, give them a try.
