Breweries everywhere: Burke Gilman Brewing Co.

I have driven by and ride my bike by here frequently but haven’t visited. We finished a walk at a nearby birding area and needed something to eat and drink so it was a perfect option. They have snacks but you are welcome to bring your own food…another issue with “us” being stuck in Prohibition. We opted for Toshi’s Teriyaki which is across the street but another option is El Camion. So, there ready options to pair with your beer or cider. They have more than a dozen on tap to choose from and I gave a couple of the ciders a try.  Started with the huckleberry…very good with residual sugar and followed it with the Mojito which was dry with hints of lime. Perfect with the teriyaki.

Service was friendly and you can sit inside, amongst the brewery hardware, or outside in a small courtyard which is heated.
