Food truck: Now Make Me a Sandwich.
Darby Wine Club release and this was the food offering which didn’t disappoint. But, you ask, where’s the sandwich? I was a little skeptical about pulled pork in a bowl but this was spot on…the Q sauce, while not classic, was very flavorful. The apple jalapeno slaw and arugula all plated on a bed of potatoes added nicely to the dish and it wasn’t as spicy as it sounds. So, you can do pulled pork without the sandwich as long as it’s done this way.
They also have a brick and mortar storefront in Burien.
