Unexpected: Cob + Cork.
You never know what to expect but this place looked interesting from the road so we decided to give it a try. We’ve visited several times and it has failed disappoint. I continue to be amazed by the quality of food you find in the most unlikely places. This place is no exception.
The menu changes so the choices range widely from the farmer’s breakfast to French toast to burgers to a porchetta roll to a ham and other bennys. The menu changes but the PNW steamer bowl and the crab mac + cheese are excellent as was the pulled pork + pico skillet. The Sicilian prawn bowl is also an excellent choice, if available. Need dessert? The got to have is the caramel chocolate cake or brownie. It’s made by the topping: vanilla or coconut gelato with caramel sauce with salt flakes…outstanding!
Very good wine and cocktail list with Old and New World choices including French wines by the glass.
