Lunch anyone? Gordon’s Fusion Cuisine.
New find in “downtown” Coupeville with both in and outdoor dining. The menu changes focus every 3 months so, approach the experience knowing it may not be the same if you’ve visited in the past. The focus on our visit was definitely cajun/creole.
The menu included a nice fusion of PNW, Mexican and choices you’d expect if you were visiting New Orleans. Think shrimp and grits, jambalaya, cornbread…sadly not available the day we visited…along with the obligate Penn Cove mussels with a carne asada all in the mix.
