The original: Macrina Bakery.
I’ve been to the original location in Belltown of this well known bakery many times over the years and it continues to not disappoint.
While you can find Macrina offerings all around the city there’s nothing like visiting the original which opened in 1993. Expect great breads and other baked goods as well as coffee/espresso.
