Not easy: The Nest.
I’ve wanted to visit this rooftop bar at the Seattle Thompson Hotel and finally scored a table…probably had something to do with showing up when they opened and staying at the hotel. Try and book a reservation…good luck.
The views are outstanding as is the space. Cocktails were perfect…give the Moscow Mule a try…even on a cold day. Bar snacks are a nice add if you need an early option to tide you over till dinner.
Service was fun and spot on.
