BBQ in Seattle: RoRo.

Craved a bit of Q this afternoon so made a run to this well known spot. Classic place with typical offerings. The pulled pork had good smoked flavor but was a bit fatty. Great iced tea.

BBQ is not a Seattle specialty and it’s hard to find anything that meets a Southern’s taste for the classic go to food. Still looking and this place is acceptable but doesn’t define the cuisine.

Brileys comes close…and they have collards!
