Highly regarded restaurant for dinner: Salare.
The chef is from St Petersburg and the food has a certain Southern touch.
Had pickled vegetables, corn bread (sweet) as well as whole fried okra with bacon and pineapple…definitely an interesting variation on the Southern theme. Followed with scallops and trompetti (shrimp, pork sausage with kale and a bit of picante). Nice provencal Rosé as the wine choice ending with butterscotch pots de creme.
Out of the downtown core in the Ravenna neighborhood of north Seattle.
