Holiday season party at this downtown distillery of single malt whiskey.
Nice tasting room with a bar that is over a hundred years old. Tours of the distilling area, which also covers the process of making whiskey, are offered…..interesting and well done. Making a bit of wine myself, it’s interesting how closely related all the of the various forms of alcohol really are….yeast…what a wonderful fungus!
