The Bryant location has been open about 3 years. Like the others, the primary offering is wood fired pizza and they do it well. As a matter of fact, everything here is cooked in the pizza oven. For many years I avoided seafood on my pizza but the Clambake is stellar and a must have. Great salads as well.

Also give the Salumi Board a try if you are into meats.

A more recent add to the menu are Penn Cove mussels. Unique prep from the pizza oven which is tomato based with kalamata olives, capers, red pepper, and anchovies…outstanding!

Nice selection of WA State and Italian wines and local beers.
