New Southern cuisine in SFO: Prelude.
Had to give this place a try and it’s unique twist on Southern cuisine. Chef’s grandmother hailed from Alabama…now you’re talking!
Modern and comfortable space. Can choose from a Chef’s menu or ala carte. Must haves are the hominy grits, fried chicken wings and the smoked catfish dumplings. While they all sound Southern, there’s a unique twist to all of them.
Wine list by the glass varies from Old World to New World…think California. Had the Midnight Train cocktail which was delicious. Nothing like finishing off the experience with a very nice Calvados.
