Quarantine: In Seattle, what else, salmon.

Two versions of this bowl; different veggies and salmon prep. The second, with farro instead of rice and with seared salmon, was my pick of the two. You can mix and match the fish, rice and faro to add almost limitless variation to the bowl.

Pair with a nice Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc or Rosé.
