Quarantine: Salisbury steak.

This is a modification from a Pioneer Woman recipe just taking the steak portion and plating it on egg noodle pasta vs a side of mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts instead of the more typical English peas.

The dish is quite hearty which is common with her recipes so keep that in mind as you think of other sides to pair with the meat.

The wine: a Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley Oregon. The dish would easily stand up to a tannin rich California Cabernet Sauvignon if you want to give that pairing a try instead.
