Quarantine: Honeycrisp apple and kale salad.

Another excellent Half Baked Harvest recipe worth a try while we continue to spend time at home. Even if you don’t really like kale….I’m on that fence…the combination of textures can’t be had with another green. I suppose you could leave out the baked prosciutto but…..why? Remember, things go better with pork! The cider vinaigrette and pomegranate add to the flavors to make this one interesting salad.

Our wine? A New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc from Innocent Bystander…a solid producer of whites and Pinot Noir.
