Quarantine: Halibut Bowl.

Modification of the original recipe with a switch to Halibut…..what we had….instead of Salmon. The Halibut made it milder and Salmon would be a better choice if you like that fish since it is typically more flavorful. Also substituted broccolini instead of Bok Choy. If you’d like a bit of spice just add some Gochujang chili paste….one of my favorites for that purpose.

Believe it or not…..no wine….Gin & Tonic instead. If you want a wine, I’d recommend a Rosé, Pinot Noir or Riesling.
